Earth Hour

No pictures taken as everything was pitch black.
Cycled round the neighbourhood(the streetlights are still on) and I found out that about 50% has joined this movement of switching off the lights as a gesture to saving the earth's resources. Well done to all who participated! Becuase although one house may be insignificant, a few millions may make a difference.
And don't think that your enviromental sins have been atoned, please continue in the effort to save the environment by practising the 3Rs - Reduce, Reuse, Recycle as well as not wasting unnecessary energy.
Anyway, good job!

Change comes with pain, but to survive we must change.
In the term 'survival of the fittest', in my opinion, 'fittest' is defined as the ability of a person or any other organism to adapt to the environment around him, and to the changes of the environment around him.
Change may be painful. It may be frustrating, even scary to lose the usual routine you usually take and is familiar with. But once again, to survive we must change.
There will be no advances in humanity without change. There will be no future without change.
So, I appeal to you readers, relatives and friends, as well as the others such as politicians, the governing and the opposing, to everyone in the world,to change.
To quote Heraclitus, 'Nothing is permanent but change'.
